Step 1: Send The Short Scope Summary

  • Region: US, Canada, EU, APAC, LAC, CEMEA, Brazil, Chile, India, or not sure.
  • Current issue: chargebacks rising, warning email, reserve notice, payout hold, processor review, fraud spike, card testing, termination notice, funds-release-only request, or other.
  • Urgency: 48 hours, 7 days, already frozen, no urgent deadline, or not sure.

Step 2: Add Approximate Numbers Only

Approximate numbers are enough. Use ranges if you do not know exact values.

  • Time window: last 30, 60, or 90 days.
  • Approximate card transactions.
  • Approximate disputes or chargebacks.
  • Approximate refund-rate band.
  • Approximate payout-impact band.
  • Whether fraud warnings, TC40, or fraud alerts are known.
  • Approximate card-volume band if you know it.

Step 3: Explain What Changed

Add a short plain-English timeline:

  • What happened first?
  • What changed 7-14 days before it happened?
  • What did you already try?
  • What do you want answered first?
  • Did shipping delay, ad spike, supplier change, new country, subscription change, card testing, support backlog, or policy confusion appear recently?

Step 4: Confirm Scope

Say whether any of these are true:

  • The account is already terminated or deactivated.
  • The request is only about frozen payout or funds release.
  • The case involves MATCH, TMF, new MID, offshore processor, or backup processor.
  • You need a legal letter, threat letter, or formal processor dispute.
  • You cannot work with redacted summary data only.

If any answer is yes, the standard paid brief may not fit. We will scope first and may decline or refer the case elsewhere.
