Overview

ChargebackAudit is an independent operational risk review service for ecommerce merchants. It is not Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, an acquiring bank, or a payment processor.

Free Risk Check

The free check provides an operational estimate based on the information you enter. It is not an official determination by a payment network, platform, processor, bank, or regulator.

Paid Operational Risk Brief

The paid brief is a redacted operational review. It may summarize risk drivers, likely operational causes, and suggested next actions. It does not fight disputes, submit processor responses, provide legal services, provide financial advice, or promise account outcomes.

Scope Boundaries

Some cases may require a scope check before purchase, including release-only requests, MATCH/TMF cases, legal letters, processor-shopping requests, offshore or backup processor requests, unredacted sensitive-data requests, or cases outside the standard operational review scope.

No Outcome Promise

ChargebackAudit does not promise fund release, reserve removal, account reinstatement, dispute wins, ratio reduction, monitoring removal, processor approval, or any official payment-network outcome.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for entering only redacted operational information and for deciding whether to act on any recommendation. Do not submit card data, customer lists, passwords, store credentials, or unredacted sensitive records.

Refunds

Launch pricing and refund handling are described at the point of purchase or intake. If a case is outside scope, we may decline or redirect it.
