Overview

ChargebackAudit provides an independent operational risk check for ecommerce merchants. The free check is designed to work without account creation, card data, customer lists, store login, or order CSV uploads.

Data We Ask For

The free check asks for approximate operational inputs such as platform, region, time window, transaction count, dispute count, current issue type, refund range, fraud-warning awareness, delivery delay, support backlog, descriptor clarity, policy visibility, and prevention tools.

Do not enter card numbers, customer names, full order records, private processor notices, passwords, store credentials, or any unredacted sensitive data.

Local Free Check

The free risk check runs in the browser. It is intended to produce an immediate risk band and action list without persisting raw free-check inputs.

Paid Brief And Intake

If you order a 48-hour Operational Risk Brief, intake should use redacted operational summaries only. We may collect contact information, business context, and redacted screenshots or summaries needed to prepare the brief.

Analytics

We may use GA4 for basic product analytics. GA events are limited to coarse, non-sensitive interaction events and must not include user-entered numbers, store URLs, notice text, email addresses, business identifiers, or sensitive merchant data as event names, parameters, user properties, or other attributes.

We use Microsoft Clarity on public pages to understand page usage, clicks, scrolling, and basic device/browser behavior. Free-check numeric fields are masked for Clarity recordings. Clarity must not be used to intentionally collect card data, customer lists, order records, store credentials, processor notices, contact details, store URLs, or other sensitive merchant data.

Do not submit sensitive merchant data through any free-check field. If a paid brief requires more context, use only redacted operational summaries and screenshots through the approved intake process.

Third Parties

Payment, form intake, analytics, and hosting may be handled by third-party services. Those providers process data according to their own policies.
